Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's idea of establishing a Continental African Union Government, to be called
United African States (UAS) as I did in my registered letters in 2005 to Ghana's President John Agyekum Kufuor and Libya's

prompted the government of Ghana to convene the recent meeting of African Heads of States to discuss about forming an African
